Lessonly User Roles
Admin
Admins have unrestricted access to all company data within Lessonly. If you are an Admin, remember what Uncle Ben said.
Lessons for Admins:
Learner
Learners can receive lesson and path assignments. They cannot access any Gradebook data or make assignments.
Lessons for Learners:
Custom Roles
If your company requires additional roles, you can create a Custom role. Similar to the Manager and Creator roles, Custom roles are configurable and can be customized to meet your company’s needs.
Creator
Creator roles are configurable. You can allow Creators to create, edit, and delete their own lessons (and any lesson that is shared with them). Creators can also receive and complete assignments, just like Learners.
Lessons for Creators:
Manager
Manager roles are configurable. You can allow Managers to assign lessons and paths to, and view Gradebook data for, the groups they manage. You can allow Managers to create, edit, and delete their own lessons (and any lesson that is shared with them). Managers can also receive and complete assignments, just like Learners.
